March 1943 Manufacture U.S. Remington Model 1903-A3 chambered in 30-06 Springfield. This service weapon shows no signs of being fired past factory inspection with the finish being excellent on both the metal and wood parts of this wartime manufactured 03-A3. We believe this is an “Arsenal New” 03-A3 in which it was never issued to troops or used by the Military. It came in with the Cosmoline soaked front sight storage wrapping on it and it even still has the original banded sight protector marked with the US Military Ordnance Department Flaming bomb. The barrel is also stamped with date of manufacture, the flaming ordnace bomb, and the arsenal of manufacture, Raritan Arsenal. This is one of the coolest 03-A3’s we have laid eyes on and it could be yours!
